The design philosophy of Golden Year Wheel pivots on 'spatial transition', a concept that guides occupants from the hustle of the outside world into a state of repose. The journey begins at the entrance, with elegant curves and a soothing color palette that eases the mind into the home's comforting embrace. The public area, with its expansive windows, invites the family into a space that feels like a vacation from everyday life.

Uniqueness in design is achieved through the seamless integration of spaces. Stone and slender slabs lay the foundation, while arc-shaped walls and strategic lighting create a visual thread that connects the residence's diverse areas. The design's rounded corners not only soften the space but also exude an inclusive warmth. In contrast, the private quarters showcase a variety of materials, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic while allowing for individual expression.

The realization of Golden Year Wheel relied on a selection of eco-conscious and natural materials. Architectural concrete and vibrant hues replace the need for excessive natural resources, while large slab tiles offer a sustainable alternative to marble.
